TRX (Total-Body Resistance Xercize) - Designed by a Navy SEAL, TRX Suspension Training is a complete total-body training tool that has been used to help athletes, military personnel, and fitness pros around the world take their performance to the next level. Now, you can too! The beauty of this system, is that it utilizes a set of nylon straps that create resistance from two sources always at your disposal: your body weight and gravity. The versatility lets you perform hundreds of functional exercises, so you can build strength, flexibility, core stability, and endurance. Perhaps most importantly, the TRX Suspension Professional Trainer supports all fitness levels and goals. All levels welcome.
Power Yoga - This intense, vinyasa-style practice, carries a heavy emphasis upon alignment, endurance and strength building. The room is heated to 85 degrees, in order to facilitate the deepest stretch you can attain. Every class has a different focus, some days are for backbending, some days for hips, and you can expect an arm balance or two! All levels are welcome, and sweating is encouraged.
Cardio Barre / Floor Hybrid -A challenging and fun hybrid class (or combination) of our signature IM=X Pilates Floor workout and the IM=X® Barre standing workout. Inspired by traditional ballet training, the IM=X Barre class moves at a quick pace to keep that heartrate up, then moves to a core conditioning sequence to make it a full body, lengthening, toning hour, great for cross conditioning and keeping your workouts fresh and fun!
PILOXING - Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging. Blending the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates is a winning combination All levels welcome!
